Thanks to Dr Escher and his hardworking crew at HSU, the Index is here.  From December to January our mortgage rates went up slightly,  unemployment rate and building permits went down.  Home sales are definitely down. Our UI rate is now 6.6% and our median home value is $260,000. Enjoy!
