You’ll notice they reference a 25% vacancy factor. I don’t think the Eagle House has ever had full-time proactive management, but if they did I’m sure they could fill more rooms.

I remember one potential buyer who wanted to barge the Eagle House south to Redwood City. I think their vacancy rate is due because the Eagle House looks more like a restaurant and bar with not much of a hotel lobby along with the hotel entrance back by the parking lot. It could be like the Hotel Carter if more thought was given to the lodging end of the business.
Agreed. It’s not quite as nice as the Carter but has great character and the views can’t be best.
