Retail giant Costco is increasing its starting wage by $1.50 to $13per hour. Read the whole story HERE.  This after our civic leaders foretold the end of he Republic if Eureka were to have an $11/hour minimum.  How can they afford this?  Could good management have something to do with it?   Do you think ??.
