I’ve been wondering why we keep hearing about these ginormous land sales in Humboldt, supposedly because of the weed biz, but local real estate has been really flat.  Till now! The index shows an increase of $5K for the average house price, since March. ‘Bout time! The Index also indicates that gas has been going up just as you thought.
